We do not own, inspect, or deliver items listed on the platform.
As such, SomaSwap is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between users.
Reservation fees are used to:
Confirm buyer intent
Secure an item
Unlock seller contact details
Reservation fees are non-refundable once paid
Refunds will only be issued if:
The item is no longer available before contact is made
A technical error occurs during the transaction
Payments made for:
Featured listings
Boosts
Promotional services
Are non-refundable once activated.
SomaSwap does not process or guarantee transactions between buyers and sellers.
All payments made directly between users are at your own risk
Refunds for such transactions must be handled directly between the buyer and seller
If you are charged:
Multiple times
Incorrectly
You may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days.
While SomaSwap does not guarantee refunds, we may:
Review disputes
Assist in communication between users
However, final resolution is the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
